Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of griffinai.sh and everything on it (the "Site"), which is operated by Griffin AI Tech Private Limited ("Griffin AI", "we", "us"), a company registered in India at Plot No. 71 & 72, Nawab Habibullah Nagar, Mudichur, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu. Please read them before using the Site. If you don't agree with them, please don't use it.

Using the Site

You're welcome to browse the Site, read about our products and contact us. Please don't use it unlawfully, submit false or impersonating information, try to break into our systems or APIs, use automated means to scrape or overload it without our written permission or another lawful basis, or send malware or automated bulk submissions. We may block access if you do.

Demo requests and early-bird signups

Sending us a demo request, contact form or early-bird signup is an expression of interest. It doesn't create a contract, reserve a product or oblige either of us to go further, and we may decline any request.

Early-bird and pilot programmes are limited, may be restricted to certain cities, and their pricing, timing and availability can change or be withdrawn. Any prices shown are indicative and exclude taxes unless we say otherwise. If we do supply you with products or services, that's governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

Product information

What we publish about InfiniPulse, InfiniTraq and InfiniDine is general information. Our products are under active development and features may change, be delayed or be dropped. Nothing on the Site is a warranty or a binding promise about how a product will perform in your environment.

Not a medical device or emergency service

Our content, and yours

Everything on the Site (text, graphics, logos, imagery, code and design) belongs to Griffin AI or our licensors. "GRIFFIN AI", "InfiniPulse", "InfiniTraq" and "InfiniDine" and our logos are our marks; please don't use them without our written permission. You may read the Site and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use, but not republish or commercially exploit them. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners.

You keep ownership of content you submit through the Site. You give us a non-exclusive permission to use that content only as needed to respond to you, handle your request and provide any service you ask for. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential information through our public forms. Ask us for an NDA instead. If you voluntarily send us feedback or ideas that are not confidential, we may use them without restriction.

Links to other sites

We link to services such as LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them; their own terms apply.

Disclaimers and liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Griffin AI won't be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Products or services supplied to you are governed by the separate written agreement for that supply.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and availability

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version, and changes apply to your use of the Site after they are posted. They do not amend any separate written agreement you have with us. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to the Site will be dealt with by the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
