Privacy Policy

Griffin AI Tech Private Limited ("Griffin AI", "we", "us") builds edge AI and computer-vision products: InfiniPulse, InfiniTraq and InfiniDine. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we do with your personal data when you use griffinai.sh or get in touch with us.

The short version: we collect the information you submit through our forms and limited website-usage data through Google Analytics. We use it for the purposes described below, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete personal data we no longer need to keep.

What we collect

• What you give us. When you submit a demo request, contact form or early-bird signup: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your city and country or your role, and anything you write in the message field.
• What we collect automatically. Standard website data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and when. We use Google Analytics for this.

Please don't send us sensitive information (health, financial or identity documents) through this website. We don't ask for it and don't need it.

How we use it

We use your data to reply to your enquiry, to send you the product or early-bird updates you asked for, to set up and support a pilot or deployment, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to keep our systems secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We send marketing email only if you asked us to, and every email lets you unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics loads when you open the Site and helps us understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It may set cookies containing a random identifier and derive an approximate location from your IP address. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block these cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on. The Site's main features work without analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers who run our infrastructure on our instructions, principally Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage) and Google (analytics), with our professional advisers where needed, and with authorities where the law requires it. If Griffin AI is ever acquired, your data may transfer with the business, and this policy will continue to apply until you're told otherwise.

We're based in India and some service providers may process data in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the measures required for that transfer.

Customer deployments

When we deploy for a customer, that customer decides what is monitored and why, and is responsible for the data; we act on their instructions under a written agreement. If you're a resident, guest or shopper in a space that uses our products, please raise your request with whoever runs that space, and feel free to contact us too.

Keeping and protecting your data

We keep personal data only as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us for, and we delete it when you ask us to or when we no longer need it. Customer and contract records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires.

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects you we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

Whatever country you're in, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct anything that's wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data, or stop sending you marketing;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Requests are free unless the law permits a reasonable charge, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the GDPR. If we can't resolve your concern, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority; in India, that is the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is meant for business contacts and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version.
